This is a small newspaper which supported temperance (prohibition of alcohol). This newspaper was the "Organ of the National Y.W.C.T.U." (see the hyperlink for more) as noted in the masthead. The front page has an illustration of: "Jennie Casseday's Rest Cottage, Near Louisville, Ky."
Eight pages, 9 by 11 1/2 inches, generally nice condition with a handsome masthead.
