The top of the front page has an article: "JACK THE RIPPER CAUGHT" "The Whitechapel Fiend Gives Himself To the Police" with additional subheads (see).
There were many who believed this man, William Henry Bury, was Jack the Ripper who terrorized the Whitechapel of London several months previous, but others had their doubts. See the hyperlink for the website on him.
Complete in 8 pages, a few minor margin tears, very nice condition.
