June 29, 1914
THE GLOBE, South Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, June 29, 1914  The front page of this issue carries the column-wide headlines "Austrian Tragedy Well Planned Plot" with subheads "Assassination of Heir to Throne and Wife premeditated" "May Have Contrary Effect to That Desired by Its Authors - Authorities Are Contemplating Severe Measures Against the Serbs - Emperor Starts For Vienna" with the report providing information on this plot and portions of the plot which were not activated because they did not use the railroad as their transportation. This is almost two columns in length. Other news and articles of the day are within the issue.

This is complete in 12 pages with some small edge tears, some small binding holes in the left spine, otherwise in good condition. Some be handled with care.
