This newspaper--the oldest continually published newspaper in the world, beginning in 1665 & still publishing today--was essentially the "mouthpiece" of Parliament. About half of the front page is taken up with: "A List of British & German Offices of the Troops of Convention and Prisoners of War exchanged, Staten Island, Sept. 3, 1781".
Four pages, 7 1/4 by 11 3/4 inches, nice condition.
