COLUMBIAN CENTINEL, Boston, Massachusetts, November 9, 1811 Nearly two columns on page 2 were taken up with the "Message" delivered by the President, being James Madison's annual State-of-the-Union address, in which he reflects upon what had happened in the past year including some reflection on events that would lead to the War of 1812. There is another related editorial headed: "President's Message". Additional articles and advertisements of the day are within.

Complete in four pages measuring approximately 20x14.5 inches with occasional scattered foxing, otherwise in nice condition.
