THE BOSTON CHRONICLE EXTRAORDINARY, Boston, Massachusetts, Jan. 7, 1768
* Rare Colonial America original
This "extraordinary" issue was printed between the newspapers regular printing schedule, typically done when news arrived which needed to be known before the next scheduled edition. Most of the news is from Europe, however the back page has a note: "...from Mobile, in West Florida, that the governor of New Orleans had a length concluded a treaty of peace & friendship with the neighbouring Indians...".
Complete in 4 pages, 8 1/12 by 10 1/2 inches, nice condition. A fine opportunity for a colonial imprint at a reasonable price.
