NEW-HAMPSHIRE PATRIOT, Concord, New Hampshire, dated October 15, 1816  Page 3 has a nice Proclamation from the Governor of New Hampshire, William Plumer, for a day of Thanksgiving, signed, "William Plumer".  The issue also contains much news of the day and period advertsing.  Some of the reports include:  "Massacre in Ireland", "The Next President", Mail Robbers Detected", Federalism Sinks As The Country Rises", and much more (see images).

Complete in 4 pages and in very good condition due to the use of "rag" paper.  A very small piece from the lower right margin is missing - well into the margin.  See images for detains re: period reporting and condition.
