Butler" "His Proclamation to the People" with the full text signed by him in type: Major-Gen. Butler. Also: "The Mountain Department" "The Rebel Forces Retreating" "Dept. of the Shenandoah" "Operations Against Richmond" "Rebel Batteries Silenced" and more.
Plus, the back page features a nice Civil War map as well headed: "The Movement Against Norfolk" with much detail of the area, plus text on this as well.
Eight pages, very nice condition.
