Almost the entirety of page 2 is taken up with two Acts of Congress signed by the President, the first: "Militia Law - An Act more effectually to provide for the National Defense by establishing an Uniform Militia Throughout the United States." which is signed in type: Geo. Washington. The other is: "An Act concerning the Duties on Spirits distilled with the United States" also signed in type: Geo. Washington (see).
Four pages, one small worm hole affecting 3 words in the 2nd Act of Congress, otherwise in very nice, clean condition.
