Rare women's suffrage paper founded just the year prior, edited by Mary Livermore, Lucy Stone and Julia Ward Howe. Published: "...to the interests of Woman, to her educational, industrial, legal & political Equality, "...to the interests of Woman, to her educational, industrial, legal & political Equality, & especially to her right of Suffrage". as noted at the top of page one.
Among the articles in this issue are; "Women Who Don't Want to Vote" "Concerning Women" "Suffrage Argument" "Women As Telegraphers" "The Education of Women in Russia" "The Higher Education for Women" "Woman Suffrage in Pennsylvania" and more.
Complete in 8 pages, close-trimmed at the bottom of the ftpg. only causing loss to the bottom line, some disbinding residue at the spine, otherwise nice condition.
