GAZETTE OF THE UNITED STATES, Philadelphia, Feb. 15, 1792 From the capital of the nation at the time. The ftpg. has: "Magnetic Tides" among other items. Most of pages 2 & 3 are taken up with reports from Congress. The bkpg. is entirely taken up with ads including a nice headed: "War Department" signed in type: H. Knox, Secretary of War.
