A page 3 report from Carlisle says that Fts. Jefferson and Franklin were taken by Indians. There is also word that "Major Hamtramack" [sic] was acquitted in a trial after being arrested for disobeying an order. This also contains other news of the day and advertisements, including illustrated ship ads.
This is complete in four pages measuring approximately 10.75 x 16.75 inches, with scattered foxing and a slight irregular left spine.
