* Mississippi Territory admission to the Union ?
* Indiana constitution
On page 2 under "National Legislation" is business from the Senate, including word that: "Mr. Morrow presented the memorial of the Mississippi Legislature, praying for admission of said Territory as a State into the Union."
Also word that: "A communication was received from the President of the Convention of Indiana, transmitting a certified copy of the constitution of that state."
