BOSTON COMMERCIAL GAZETTE, July 24, 1820 "Indian News" on pg. 2 has a letter from Sault St. Marie providing details about a meeting with the Indians and a subsequent boundary treaty with the Chippewas, mentioning they ceded sixteen square miles of territory "at this place". Occasional foxing.
