The front page has a nice headline in red lettering above the masthead: "RED SOX BEAT PHILLIES, 2-1" with subhead and box scores. More in the sport's section.
Complete with 16 pages, small library stamp along top, blank margin, light toning and some wear at the margins, a few small binding holes along the spine, generally good.

background: Game 3 of the 1915 World Series, played on October 11, was a masterclass in Deadball Era efficiency, defined by a high-stakes pitching duel between Boston’s Dutch Leonard and Philadelphia’s legendary Grover Cleveland Alexander. Held at the newly minted Braves Field to accommodate a record-breaking crowd of over 42,000, the game remained a tense 1–1 deadlock for most of the afternoon after Tris Speaker tied the game in the 4th inning with a triple and subsequent sacrifice fly. Dutch Leonard was nearly untouchable, retiring the final 20 Phillies batters in succession to keep the game within reach. The drama peaked in the bottom of the 9th with two outs, when Duffy Lewis—who had already saved runs earlier with a spectacular catch in the cavernous outfield—laced a walk-off single to center field to score Harry Hooper. This 2–1 victory gave the Red Sox a crucial 2–1 series lead and solidified their momentum toward a championship, notably leaving a young Babe Ruth on the bench as the team relied on its dominant pitching staff to stifle the Phillies' offense.
