I suspect this to be an extremely rare item because there was really no reason to save it at the time.

background: On August 21, 1987, the Los Angeles Raiders, led by Al Davis, announced a major stadium plan to move their home operations from the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum to Irwindale, a small city east of Los Angeles. The team signed a memorandum of agreement with the city to build a 65,000-seat stadium on a former quarry site, along with team headquarters, a practice field, and a Raiders Hall of Fame complex. Irwindale agreed to loan the Raiders $115 million, including a $10 million cash advance, to finance the project. The announcement came after renovation negotiations with the Coliseum Commission stalled, reflecting growing frustration over promised improvements at the Coliseum. While the Raiders still had a lease at the Coliseum through 1991, the Irwindale deal represented a bold effort to establish a privately financed stadium, generating both excitement and concern among local officials. Ultimately, the project faced legal, environmental, and financial obstacles, and the stadium was never built, leaving the Raiders’ tenure in Los Angeles tied to the Coliseum until their eventual return to Oakland.
