The front page is a color illustration by Orson Lowell: "The Topic of the Day".  Several articles related to WWI are present along with period ads for products such as: Service Motor Trucks, General Motors Trucks, Good Year Tire Tubes, Packard Motor Car Co., Kodak, Colt Firearms, a full page back color cover for Fatima, and more.
The issue is complete, the cover has some wear, in overall fair condition. See images for details.
