I suspect this to be an extremely rare item because their was really no reason to save it at the time.

Note: On May 27, 1977, a pivotal event occurred in the history of California's death penalty: the California State Legislature overrode Governor Jerry Brown's veto to reinstate capital punishment. This legislative action marked the return of the death penalty in the state after a period of legal upheaval.
