Page 110 has a photo showing Bobby Knight after his team woin the gold medal. The article on the same page mentions Michael Jordan being the MVP in the games. Great to have in this Chicago publication prior to joining the Chicago Bulls. Rare as such.
The front page has a photo of Carl Lewis winning his 4th gold medal. The back page has another photo showing Lewis with heading: "Lewis equals Owns" and more. Lewis matched Jesse Owens four gold medals he won in 1936 Berlin. Much more on the 1984 Summer Olympics in other events in the sport's section.
