A nice issue on the premiere of the motion picture hit "Friday" and perhaps no better issue could be found than this, the leading newspaper from the home of the entertainment industry - the Hollywood area's prime publication.
Page 2 of section F (calendar) has a review of the film headed: "Lowbrow 'Friday' a Funny Trip Around the 'Hood'" And perhaps more significant is the 12 x 6 1/2 inch advertisement for the film printed on its opening day. (see images)
A quite rare issue as it would not have been saved since it contains no historically significant content. Complete Calendar section (section f) only with 12 pages, great condition.
