THE LIBERATOR, Boston, May 26, 1865

* Strange Story of Mr. Lincoln
* Lengthy speech by Wendell Phillips
* Arrest of Jefferson Davis
* Tribute to Robert E. Lee

Much of the issue is taken up with reports from the: "American Anti-Slavery Society". Other bits relating to slavery from just at the end of the Civil War include: "The Arrest of Jeff. Davis", the interesting: "Strange Story of Mr. Lincoln" concerning a prediction he would not live out his second term, a tribute to Robert E. Lee, and a lengthy speech by Wendell Phillips.
This is the famous anti-slavery newspaper by famed abolitionist publisher William Lloyd Garrison. The masthead features two engravings, one of a slave auction and the other showing slaves being emancipated.
Four pages, several holes which do not impact the content mentioned above, otherwise nice. See images for details.
