This is a quite scarce 18th century American title as it existed only until 1799 and rarely comes on the market. We suspect the circulation was somewhat limited.
The front page & part of page 2 contain various reports from Europe including several items on the French Revolution. Page 2 has a letter that comments on the Yellow Fever epidemic in Philadelphia. Page 3 has a prophecy from Ben Franklin.
Four pages, irregular at the top margin affects some words on pages 2 and 4, minor foxing & damp staining.
