Camp Floyd, Utah Territory... More problems withi the Mormons...

NEW YORK TIIMES, Sept. 15, 1859 The back page has nearly a full column report relating to the Mormons, datelined: "Camp Floyd, U.T." and headed: "Interesting From Utah" "More Gross and OUtrageous Murders--Alarming Condition of the Territory".
The report notes in part: "...had arrived McNeil was shot down in the street. This was Brigham's final answer...no arrests have been made...At the time the murder was committed there were a large number of Mormons surrounding Spencer..yet they made no attempt to arrest him...The Mormons are exulting over their triumphs, and applying every opprobrious epithet to the Army *& the Judiciary...A very cowardly attack was made upon Cedar Fort, a Mormon village..." and much more.
Eight pages, irregular at the spine from disbinding which does not affecting this content, a few minor edge tears with archival mends. The articles are in very good condition.
