The front page has a banner headline: "BULGARIA'S KING BORIS DIES; REPORTED ASSASSIN'S VICTIM" with subheads and photo. (see images) Nice for display.
The first and most popularly held belief is that King Boris was poisoned by the Third Reich for his refusal to turn over the Bulgarian Jews to Hitler and to declare war on Russia. The second explanation is that he died of natural causes.
Complete with 50+ pages, light toning at the margins, minor spine wear,generally in very nice condition.
