TOMBSTONE PROSPECTOR, Arizona, Aug. 23, 1889 We have had a few other newspapers from the iconic Old West town of Tombstone, but this is just the second time we have seen this title. The masthead features a great engraving of a miner on a mule.
Various mining-related items as well as regional & national news reports. The back page features a rather large "Arizona Mail & Stage Co." ad.
Four pages, archivally rejoined at the spine, minor loss to the top portion of the spine margin, otherwise in nice condition. A fine opportunity for a very rare title from this famous town.
