1977 HEART, Grateful Dead & The Heartbreakers...

Page 59 has a full page advertisement for a HEART concert in Central Park. This band features Ann and Nancy Wilson.

Page 61 has a full page ad for The Grateful Dead w/ The Marshall Tucker Band concert.

Page 75 has a full page ad for The Heartbreakers gig at the Village Gate in Greenwich Village. They were one of the first punk rock bands.

I suspect this to be an extremely rare item because their was really no reason to save it at the time.

As most might be aware "The Village Voice" was an American news and culture paper, known for being the country's first alternative newsweekly. It introduced free-form, high-spirited, and passionate journalism into the public discourse a tradition it maintained throughout its 60+ year history.

Complete in 96 pages, tabloid-size, folded at the center, nice condition.
