Willis' 'New Business Directory of Those Who Were Burned Out! - Published by the Portland Transcript This is a special four-page edition devoted to the Great Fire of Portland. There is no date of printing however one would suspect it was within a few days of the July 4 fire.
Four pages, wear at some folds with some perforation, loss to a portion of the top margin but fortunately no loss of text.
