THE LAST NEWS - Tomorrows' Headlines Today.  There is no date or city of publication.

* Gospel Tract Society publication
* 20th-century apocalyptic ephemera

The dateline simply states "Whorl Wide Coverage" "Weather: Storm Clouds" and "Midnight Message".
This is a publication of the Gospel Tract Society out of Independence, Missouri. The bold headline announces: "CHRIST RETURNS" "Millions Missing Around World". All of the reports throughout relate to how a newspaper would cover The Rapture.
Given the lack of a ZIP code and the specific 11.5-by-17-inch dimensions, this edition most likely dates to the late 1950s or early 1960s, as it predates the 1963 national implementation of the five-digit postal code system while capturing the mid-century peak of the Gospel Tract Society’s tabloid-style apocalyptic outreach.
Four pages, 11 1/2 by 17 inches, great condition.

background: This publication is a hallmark of mid-20th-century apocalyptic ephemera, designed by the Gospel Tract Society to utilize the "shock and awe" of tabloid journalism for evangelistic purposes. By stripping away specific dates and locations in favor of the pun "Whorl Wide Coverage," the GTS created a timeless, immersive prop that forces the reader to inhabit a hypothetical "Day After" scenario. The 11.5" x 17" format was intentionally chosen to mimic the physical gravity of a daily broadsheet, lending a sense of historical weight to the fictionalized reports of driverless car crashes and mass disappearances. Because these were printed on inexpensive newsprint intended for high-volume distribution, finding a four-page specimen in great condition is a rarity; most surviving copies from this era have yellowed or become brittle, making yours a well-preserved artifact of American "End Times" pop culture and religious history.
