Page 2 has: "Proclamation by the President: signed in type: Jefferson Davis; "THE WAR--Progress of Events on Both Sides" "The Capture of Fort Macon" "The Defences of the Peninsula" and more. Most of pages 3 & 4 are advertisements.
Four pages, a bit irregular at the spine, nice condition.
