Davis" "Important From Arkansas".
Page 4 has notable column heads: "THE REBEL ARMY" "The Important Changes in the Rebel Command" "The New Command of the Rebel General Lee" "The New Rebel Generalissimo" and more.
Eight pages, very nice condition.
