The top of page 8 has a one column heading: "U.S. CITES CAPONE FOR CONTEMPT; DOUBTS 'ILLNESS'" with subhead. Photo of Capone leaving the federal building is on the back page. (see images) This was shortly after the infamous "St. Valentine's Day Massacre".

wikipedia notes: On March 27, 1929, Capone was arrested by FBI agents as he left a Chicago courtroom after testifying to a grand jury that was investigating violations of federal prohibition laws. He was charged with contempt of court for feigning illness to avoid an earlier appearance.
