The front page of this section has a nice banner headline in red lettering: "74 KILLED AND 147 WOUNDED IN BOMBARDED ENGLISH SEAPORTS" with subhead. (see images) Nice for display. Lengthy coverage continues on the following page. Surprisingly this issue is in good condition being from the "wood pulp" era. Very hard to find issues that are not totally fragile from this era in paper.
Complete section II only with 12 pages, a little irregular along the spine, generally very nice.
