LESLIE'S ILLUSTRATED WEEKLY - "Hallowe'en Number", October 27,1910 Collectors tend to like displayable magazine covered for various holidays and events, and this is one of the nicest Halloween covers we have seen. And it's the complete issue with a wide variety of articles, illustrations, and photos inside. One curious article is: "Is the Automobile A National Menace?" plus there is a half page of baseball photos which includes Christy Mathewson among others. But there is nothing concerning Halloween save for half a page of photos showing children bobbing for apples and carving jack-o-lanterns.
A great issue for display for the Halloween season, complete in 24 pages & in very nice, clean condition. One mended tear on an inconsequential page.
