The seat of government is transferred to America, and England is an almost deserted, depopulated nation...".
The top of page 4 has a small advertisement for a book: "The Present State of Liberty in Great Britain and America".
Eight pages, 8 1/4 by 10 3/4 inches, very nice condition.
