The sport's section (page 32) has a one column heading: "RUFFING, YANKEES, TAMES THE TIGERS" with subheads and box scores which shows the name "Greenberg" with one at bat. Has the letter 'b' next to the name with: "Batted for Sullivan in eighth" (see) Unfortunate for the small, discrete item here but it is what it is.
Complete in 52 pages, this is the rare rag edition that was produced on very high quality newsprint, with a high percentage of cotton & linen content, allowing the issues to remain very white & sturdy into the present. Given the subscription cost, libraries & institutions rather than individuals were the primary subscribers of these high-quality editions. Some spine wear, nice condition.
