THE TWO REPUBLICS, Mexico City, Oct. 7, 1883 This interesting newspapers began in 1867 as an apparent attempt to exploit the shared interests of Mexico and the United States, with a very ornate masthead featuring symbols of both. Although printed in Mexico City, the issue is entirely in the English language. It contains a wealth of illustrated advertisements.
Four pages, never bound nor trimmed, very nice condition.
