The front page has a report headed: "America" being a letter from Pennsylvania, noting in part: "Matters at present are pretty quiet on our borders..." but noting at the end: "...I wished to have had it boroughs me years ago, which would have saved much innocent blood and probably prevented the present expensive war." referring to the ongoing French & Indian War.
Eight pages, 8 1/4 by 11 1/2 inches, never-trimmed margins, full red tax stamp on page 4, nice condition.
