The top of page 3 has a four column heading: "CURTISS HOPES TO PROVE EFFICIENCY OF BIPLANE AS AEROSCOUT IN TIME OF WAR" with subheads and related pictorial. (see) Surprisingly this issue is in good condition being from the "wood pulp" era. Very hard to find issues that are not totally fragile from this era in paper.
Complete with 14 pages, Irregular along the spine, otherwise nice.
