1938: Roosevelt describes his "New Deal"... Great color cover..

LIBERTY magazine, New York, Mar. 12, 1938 The color cover of has an illustration a puppy surprising his new owner with a kiss. The tag around the puppy's neck reads "Happy Birthday!" Also present is an article titled: "President Roosevelt's Own Story of the New Deal", which provides his own perspective on the program and includes several photos. Quite interesting.
