The front page has a banner headline: "Senate Passes 3.05 Beer and Returns Bill to House" with subheads. This led the way for president Roosevelt enacting the beer bill a few days later which legalized the sale of beer and wine.
Complete with 16 pages, light toning, a little margin wear, small library stamp within the masthead, generally good.
