Premieres of "ALADDIN" & "Bram Stoker's Dracula", in a Los Angeles newspaper...

Item # 690985

November 13, 1992

LOS ANGELES TIMES, Nov. 13, 1992

* Premier ad for "Bram Stoker's Dracula", with review
* Premier week of Aladdin

A terrific issue on the premiere of "Bram Stoker's Dracula" which includes a double page advertisement and a review. Also present is a full-page ad for the premier week of "Aladdin".
Additional large ads are for: "Don't get Sold Out", "Passenger 57", "Love Potion", and more.
Starting on the front page and continuing on the back of the Calendar section is: "The Sorrow Behind the Spotlight", a review of the miniseries: "The Jacksons: An American Dream", which includes 2 related photos.
Perhaps no better issue could be found than this, the leading newspaper from the home of the entertainment industry - the Hollywood area's prime publication.

Note: Where else might one find authentic, poster-size ads for Opening Day showings, in the most desirable Hollywood-area newspaper - as we were lucky enough to obtain this (and others) indirectly from the Los Angeles Times' own collection? It simply doesn't get any better! In over 40 years of collecting, we have yet to see such unique & dramatic coverage with truly top-shelf, eye-catching displayability (see images).

The complete first and Calendar sections, in very nice condition.
