The top of page 4 has a four column heading: "Milwaukee police identify 7 victims" with photo. (see) Coverage on the recent arrest and realization of Jeffrey Dahmer's killings. I suspect this to be an extremely rare item because their was really no reason to save it at the time.
Complete with 38 pages, a little residue within the masthead from a address label being removed, otherwise nice.
