The top of the front page has a one column heading: "GANGSTER TORRIO HALTS TAX TRIAL TO PLEAD GUILTY" with subheads and photo. (see) Some wear and binding holes along the spine causes a little text loss to this report. Torrio would spend two years in prison for tax evasion.
Thirty + pages, light toning and a little wear at the margins, more so along the spine with the mentioned text loss, otherwise good.
