The top of the front page has a print of: "President Dole, of Hawaii" captioned: "Who Was Entertained at the White House Last Night by President and Mrs. McKinley, Where He Met Distinguished Americans."
This was Sanford Dole, the first President of Hawaii, serving from 1894 thru August, 1898. He would also become the first Territorial Governor of Hawaii, serving from 1900 thru 1903.
Ten pages, lightly toned, a few indents at blank margins, partially loose along the spine, should be handled with care.
