The front page has a report noting: "...sent orders...to advance thither with his little fleet of allies...to burn the bridge between Pest and Buda, thereby to cut off the communication between these places...". Note: Many are not aware that the city of Budapest was originally two separate cities: Buda and Pest, separated by the Danube River.
Also present is a notice regarding a runaway slave, "short but thick, about Twenty years old," describing her clothing and marking on her back. A 40 shilling reward is offered for her return to her mistress.
Complete as a single sheet issue, 6 1/2 by 11 inches, nice condition.
