At the top of the 2nd column is: "DOW FINISHES DAY OVER 10,000 MARK FOR THE FIRST TIME" With subheads: "Rises 1.9% to Set Record" "Doubles in Less Than 4 Year--Analysts Also Point to Some Unsettling Signs" with the text carrying over to page C12 where is found a near banner head: "Dow Rises 184.54 to Finish the Day Over 10,000 for the First Time" accompanied by a huge graph of its history since the late 1800's.
