The front page has one of the more dramatic announcements of the end of World War II with a very large, bold banner headline dropped out of a black box: "WAR OVER ! " with a lead-in printed in red ink: "Truman Announces: ".
The front page "BULLETIN - Truman Announces Jap Surrender..." is in red ink. Seems to be the complete first section with 16 pages. A bit irregular at the right margin, light damp staining at the spine, generally good condition.
