All four pages have wide black mourning rules for the death of George Washington.
Page 2 has: "Further Respectful Testimonials, Sacred to George Washington, Deceased" "By the President of the United States of America, A Proclamation" signed in type: John Adams, concerning: "...the people...to wear crape on the left arm, as mourning, for 30 days..." and a bit more.  Also: "Funeral Honors at Philadelphia" "Funeral Honors at Salem" "Funeral Obsequies at Charlestown" "Masonic Funeral Honors" "Funeral Honors at Fort Independence" with even more.
Four pages, minor archival mend near the bottom of the inside spine, light damp staining to the lower right quadrant, otherwise rather good.
