On the front page under "Laws of the United States" are four "Acts", each signed in script type: George Washington. The acts take all of the third and fourth columns, and all of the script signatures appear in the last column.
Also on the front page under Commonwealth of Massachusetts is "An Act" signed in type: Samuel Adams.
As seen in the photos there are portions to the right margin which are missing just touching a few of the letters of the third Washington Act but causing no loss of readability. We've sold this issue in nice condition for $260, but with the noted loss this issue is just:
