Page 2 has much concerning the situation in Europe with Napoleon Buonaparte including an article: "National Spirit" from London, noting in part: "...Let him come then, this Corsican Consul, if he dare. An island gave him birth--it may be the fate of another island to provide him a burying place...".
Four pages, never-trimmed margins, few minor mends at the interior blank spine, good condition.
